Guaranteeing card: When booking, you will be charged $1 to verify the guaranteeing card and then promptly refunded
your $1. Lost keys and damaged/stolen room supplies or furniture will be charged to the clients guaranteeing card.

Minimum stay requirements may apply. Full payment is required at arrival.

NIGHTLY & WEEKLY GUESTS: 72 hour NOTICE cancellation policy or there is a 1 night fee.

MONTHLY GUESTS: 2 week NOTICE cancellation policy or there is a 1 week charge.

SMOKING: We reserve the right to charge a $250 cleaning fee for ANY smoking or drug evidence & you will be asked to
leave immediately WITHOUT A REFUND. NEGOTIATING IS NOT REQUIRED.

We are not responsible for accidents or injury to clients on site or for loss of money or valuables of any kind. We do
assure you our domestic servers do not touch any of your belongings.
